Mirakl is seeking a Director of Customer Success for a 1-year contract based in Sydney. You will lead and grow a high-performing APAC team, overseeing strategic relationships across Retail and Direct-to-Consumer customers and guiding executive stakeholders to maximize platform value.

You will develop business cases, deliver workshops, and present at Quarterly Business Reviews, driving marketplace adoption and growth across Australia, Recent Zealand, and Southeast Asia.
