SRG Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Sydney, NSW, to lead daily restaurant operations across SRG venues. You will be the calm, visible leader on the floor, briefing the team, maintaining standards, and developing talent to deliver exceptional hospitality.

You’ll support the Restaurant Manager, manage floor discipline, and coordinate with FOH supervisors. Regular travel across SRG venues and full working rights in Australia are required for this role.
