The Guest Service Generalist is responsible for completing daily front office, food & beverage & maintenance functions. Ensuring that all Owners and Guests receive efficient and courteous service; making them feel welcome during their entire stay through a proactive and positive attitude. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Deliver warm, professional service to all guests across various resort departments
- Support Front Office operations including check-in, check-out, and guest enquiries
- Assist the Food & Beverage team with service in the restaurant, bar, or café
- Work alongside the Housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Provide accurate information and personalised recommendations about resort facilities and local attractions




- Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures are followed to maintain consistency and quality
- Maintenance functions such as maintaining guest accommodation and common areas
- Respond promptly to guest requests and support smooth daily operations across all teams

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience in a food and beverage, café, bar or hotel setting is desirable
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- A genuine passion for hospitality and helping others
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Flexibility and enthusiasm to work across different departments
- A positive, can-do attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Availability to work a flexible roster including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
