BlueCare is seeking a Clinical Nurse on the Gold Coast to provide safe, person-centred care for residents. You will lead with the Residential Service Manager, mentor care teams, and guide complex clinical decisions to improve residents' quality of life.

Applicants must have unrestricted AHPRA registration, at least three years of nursing experience in aged care, solid assessment skills, and the ability to meet governance standards.
