The role focuses on case management of workers’ compensation claims and coordinating return‑to‑work programs, with emphasis on high-level guidance to managers and staff across the agency.
You will operate within the Injury Management team, maintaining regulatory knowledge and representing IM in dealings with stakeholders, practitioners, and unions.
