About the Role

- Manage an established portfolio of approximately 200 properties
- Look after properties across Yanchep, Two Rocks and Eglington
- Build and maintain strong owner and tenant relationships
- Manage your portfolio with a high level of autonomy
- Attend properties when required
- Work closely with your dedicated assistant
- Liaise with the GM and Director for additional support
- Work within a structure where PCRs are outsourced

About You You’ll have:

- Strong portfolio management experience – essential
- Current Property Management Registration
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to work autonomously
- A professional, positive and team-focused approach
- A genuine passion for Property Management
