Grant Thornton Australia is seeking a Manager to join our high-performing Corporate Tax team in Sydney. The role focuses on corporate tax issues, including audits, international tax, governance, and M&A; due diligence and deal structuring. We offer adaptable, hybrid arrangements and support work-life balance.

You will lead engagements, develop client relationships and contribute to business growth while mentoring junior staff. A degree in accounting/finance and CA/CPA/CTA or equivalent is expected.
