We’re looking for a highly organised and capable People & Culture Operations Advisor to help deliver exceptional people operations that support our employees, leaders and volunteers to do their best work.

This is an ideal chance for an experienced HR Coordinator or HR Advisor who enjoys variety, systems, data, continuous improvement and being at the centre of people operations.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you’ll be responsible for the smooth administration and continuous improvement of our people processes throughout the employee lifecycle.

You’ll take ownership of key operational activities including:

- HRIS administration and optimisation (Employment Hero)
- Payroll support and payroll data management
- Employee lifecycle administration
- Recruitment coordination and onboarding
- Learning and development administration
- Workforce reporting and people analytics
- Compliance monitoring and workforce record management

This role is hands‑on and operational, with plenty of opportunity to improve systems, streamline processes and provide meaningful workforce insights that support organisational decision‑
