Laing O’Rourke is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager based in Sydney to oversee HSE on major NSW infrastructure projects. You will drive Laing O’Rourke’s Rethinking Safety programme across the project lifecycle, focusing on engineered safety, delivery excellence and human performance.

You will lead safety leadership, audits and improvements, ensuring compliance with contract conditions and regulatory standards, while championing inclusion and wellbeing on site.
