We are seeking an experienced Senior Credit Risk & Compliance Manager to establish risk and compliance frameworks, manage licensing projects, and oversee regulatory reporting as the business grows.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong regulatory knowledge, and ability to work with external advisers and internal stakeholders.
