Aged & Community Services Australia is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver home care services across the Albany region. You will operate from Albany with a Mount Barker base for admin and equipment, collaborating with a local physiotherapist and Perth-based team as required.

The position offers full time employment, company cars for community visits, and a supplied laptop. You will work with an aged care caseload, performing functional and cognitive assessments and care plan
