Scope is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a Supported Independent Living home in Goulburn. You will empower Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred support for clients with psychosocial disabilities and mental health needs.

Reporting to the Cluster Manager, you will drive efficient processes, manage risks, and ensure protected, inclusive service delivery on-site while promoting client independence and hobbies.
