Workshop Coordinator &Quality; Assurance Officer

The Workshop Coordinator & Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for ensuring all customer vehicles are presented to the highest standard, workshop jobs are coordinated efficiently, and customers receive exceptional communication throughout their service experience. This role acts as the link between customers, the workshop team, spare parts suppliers, and warranty providers to ensure a smooth and professional process from booking through to vehicle handover.

Key responsibilities

Conduct handovers of new and used caravans and RVs, ensuring customers receive thorough explanations of vehicle features and operation

Ensure all vans are presented in a clean, tidy, and sale-ready condition with comprehensive outbound inspections

Verify that all systems, appliances, and accessories are functioning correctly prior to customer collection

Conduct quality assessments on all workshop jobs prior to vehicle release and confirm repairs, servicing, warranty work, and installations meet Kennedy RV standards

Assist with management of workshop bookings and maintain the workshop scheduling system





Contact customers to confirm upcoming appointments and gather detailed information regarding customer concerns

Ensure all required parts are identified and ordered in advance of scheduled workshop appointments

Assist the Workshop Manager with warranty claim submissions and administration

Manage incoming workshop enquiry phone calls and provide qualified assistance to customers

Assist with the presentation and upkeep of caravans displayed in the sales yard

About you

Strong customer service and communication skills

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

High attention to detail

Mechanical or caravan industry knowledge preferred

Ability to work collaboratively with workshop and sales teams

Professional presentation and positive attitude

Competent computer and administration skills

Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
