Every week, ComputerXplorers puts kids in front of robots, code and game design, and they leave buzzing. Our after-school clubs, holiday camps and school programs are in demand, and we're ready to grow. We're looking for a business-minded leader to take the reins and share in the upside.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- - Lead and coordinate our instructor team, including rosters, scheduling and day-to-day direction
- - Own program delivery across after-school clubs, holiday camps and school programs
- - Build solid relationships with principals, teachers and parents, so schools choose us and stay with us
- - Write winning proposals and pitch for new school partnerships
- - Build and refine the systems and processes that let us scale
- - Drive local marketing and enrolment growth
- - Get out and about at schools, conferences and events, and be the face of ComputerXplorers

This is a business management role, not a teaching role. You'll be running a business, not a classroom.

YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU:

- - Are strong on systems, process and tech, and love making things run smoothly
- - Communicate brilliantly with school leaders, parents and staff
- - Have managed people and operations in a service-based or multi-site business
- - Are proactive, organised and energised by variety
- - Have franchise management or franchise support experience (a big plus)
- - Have a background in education, children's services or enrichment (also a plus)
- - Hold, or are willing to obtain, a Working With Children Check
