Human Nature in Ballina, NSW seeks a part time Fundraising Manager to lead day-to-day fundraising programs, campaigns, events and partnerships. This hands-on role reports to the CEO and supports supporter engagement and donor stewardship.

You’ll manage fundraising campaigns, develop grant opportunities, and optimise digital donor journeys, CRM and donor communications, ensuring sustainable income to scale youth mental health services.
