What your day looks like:

- Apply your technical expertise to support structured diagnostics and fault-finding across a large mobile fleet.

- Provide specialist support with a strong focus on Liebherr and Hitachi excavators.

- Mentor and upskill on-site maintenance teams by sharing your knowledge and practical experience.





- Work closely with site supervisors to improve team capability and embed best-practice maintenance standards.

- Drive equipment reliability and frontline maintenance performance where your expertise will make a genuine impact.

What we'll need from you:

- 5+ years post-trade experience maintaining heavy earthmoving equipment.

- Extensive hands-on experience with Liebherr and Hitachi hydraulic excavators is essential.

- Experience with Caterpillar and Komatsu equipment will be highly regarded.

- Australian recognised Mobile Plant Mechanic / Diesel Fitter Trade Qualification.

- Previous experience in a Field Service, Leading Hand or Technical Specialist role would be advantageous.

- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to supporting site teams.
