We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our Gold Coast team and keep our fast-moving sales engine running smoothly.

The Role

This is the ultimate "school hours" or lifestyle-friendly role for a detail-oriented administrator who loves getting things done.

Working directly out of our Gold Coast office, you will be the operational backbone for our busy field sales team. By taking ownership of key administrative workflows, client follow-ups, and project approvals, you will free up our sales executives to stay focused on growing the business in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Approvals: Liaison with clients and finance providers to track, collect, and finalize finance paperwork and sign-offs.

Artwork & Media Coordination: Follow up with clients for creative assets and artwork files to ensure smooth production schedules.

Post-Install Quality Checks:



Reach out to clients after completed installations to confirm satisfaction and maintain our exceptional customer service standards.

Sales Team Admin: Assist with generating quote follow-ups, following up invoice payments, handling incoming sales inquiries, and preparing sales documentation.

Demo Support: Using our AI tools to create engaging content for the team to use on demos as well as within the proposals
