Delta Group in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead end-to-end tender development and submission for our Renewables & Recent Energy division. You will coordinate estimating, engineering, procurement, commercial and operations to deliver competitive bids.

Reporting to the Divisional Manager, you will shape bid strategy, manage risk and strengthen supplier networks while ensuring compliant and robust submissions for civil infrastructure and renewable energy projects.
