Sell the robots that are changing how Australian warehouses run

You won't be selling off a price list and waiting for the phone to ring. You'll be opening doors with senior operations people, finding the problems in their warehouses, and closing deals that change how those sites work every day.

The Opportunity

Our client is an Australian robotics and warehouse automation specialist. Their solutions are already built and proven, and they're running today for some of the country's best-known retail, eCommerce, FMCG and logistics brands.

The next step is growth: new territories and recent customers. They need a BDM who can lead that.

Here's what you'll be selling:

Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) for automated picking and storage

AGVs, including autonomous forklifts and pallet runners

Tote-to-person and high-density storage

Robotic sortation, piece picking and automated packaging

Warehouse design and cost-to-serve consulting

You'll have engineers and operators behind you who have actually run warehouses.

There's also an in-house test and training centre, so customers can watch their system working before it goes anywhere near their site. In practice,



that makes the conversation a lot easier.

What You'll Be Doing

Driving new business across the Eastern Seaboard, based in Victoria

Building go-to-market plans for new territories and sectors, then executing them

Building relationships with Continuous Improvement Managers, Operations Leaders, Decision Makers and Senior Stakeholders

Chasing opportunities across manufacturing, 3PL, retail, eCommerce, food, automotive and pharma

Running deals end to end, from the first call through solution design (with the engineering team) to a signed contract

Using your own network, industry events and targeted outreach to keep the pipeline full

What You'll Bring

Proven wins in industrial automation, intralogistics or automated warehousing (essential)

A strong network across supply chain, logistics and operations

A history of building GTM strategies that turned into actual revenue

Robotics, mobile robot (AMR/AGV) or industrial automation sales experience (highly regarded)

The confidence to hold your own with C-suite and senior operations leaders

Drive. You're competitive, self-motivated, and you like to win.
