One Door Mental Health in Canterbury, NSW, is seeking a Counsellor for a 6‑month full‑time fixed term. You will perform intake and risk assessments, deliver brief interventions, and develop person‑centred care plans within a multidisciplinary team.

You'll contribute to Open Dialogue practice, ensure voices of clients guide decisions, and provide team-oriented support across services while accommodating weekend/after‑hours as part of service expansion.
