Bupa is seeking an Eyecare Operations Manager in Melbourne to lead a national eyecare footprint across Optical and Hearing clinics. You will drive operational performance, workforce planning and customer experience, partnering with clinical leadership to deliver high-quality patient care and productive service delivery.

Reporting to the COO, you will oversee rostering, capital expenditure and governance, while building high-performing teams and ensuring standards across the network.
