SpaceX is seeking a Litigation Counsel to represent the business in labor and employment matters, with US and international exposure. The role involves managing all facets of disputes, conducting investigations, and shaping discovery and settlement strategies. Robust CA labor law knowledge and first/second chair trial experience are highly valued.

The position requires a JD from an ABA-accredited school, 5+ years as an attorney, and bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
