National Operation Manager - Cleaning and Soft Services

Silvans Facility Services is seeking a talented and experienced National Operation Manager to join our team. This full-time role is based in Westmeadows, VIC and will oversee the delivery of our high-quality facility services to a range of clients across ANZ.

What you'll be doing

Manage a team of Client Service Managers to ensure all client sites (Australian-wide and NZ) are serviced to the highest standard

Oversee the KPI of our Soft Services Department which includes cleaning, security, pest control, ground maintenance and hygiene services

Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with our services

Meet with clients on a high level basis to update on contract performance

Manage contractors compliance and performance where needed

Manage incidents, accidents and non-conformance records

Assist with internal and external auditing process

Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain service excellence

Prepare reports and KPI tracking to demonstrate service delivery and identify areas for improvement

What we're looking for

Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar operational management role within the cleaning or facility management industry

Strong leadership and people management skills to motivate and develop a team





Excellent organisational and time management abilities to juggle multiple client sites and staff schedules

Systematic approach in managing the department performance

Exceptional knowledge in OHS, safety, environment and quality management system

A keen eye for detail and commitment to providing exceptional client service

Practical cleaning experience and knowledge of industry best practices

Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders

Relevant qualifications in cleaning, facilities management or a related field would be highly regarded

Australian work rights are required for this position
