genU is seeking an experienced Clinical Practice Advisor to strengthen workforce development and support high-quality, person-centred services. This is a flexible hybrid, non-direct care role with two part-time positions on a 5-day fortnight.

You will coach teams, drive best practice, and improve client outcomes across disability and aged care services. The role requires RN with AHPRA, 3+ years nursing experience, robust communication, and a current driver’s licence.
