Job Description

As the Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality, food safety, and compliance.

- Conduct GMP and hygiene inspections across the site
- Perform quality checks and product verification activities
- Support HACCP, BRC and food safety programs
- Assist with internal audits and compliance activities
- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation
- Investigate non-conformances and support corrective actions




- Collaborate closely with production teams to drive quality outcomes
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are consistently achieved

The Successful Applicant

- Previous QA experience within food manufacturing, FMCG, bakery, or food processing environments
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and food safety systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships on site
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline is advantageous
