We invite Consultant Paediatricians- General or Specialist to join our growing paediatric service. With an established referral network from local GPs and allied health providers, you will step into a developing but well-supported caseload and work alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

This will be an opportunity to provide services to paediatric patients from the Northern Western suburbs of Melbourne. We offer spacious consulting rooms in a beautifully restored heritage building in Essendon, with ample on-site and off-street parking; well-trained administrative support to assist with referrals, patient bookings and billing; regular opportunities for continued medical education; GP liaison; mentorship for newly graduated fellows,



and above all a collegiate and friendly atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide outpatient paediatric care for infants, children and adolescents
- Manage presentations across general, developmental and behavioural paediatrics
- Work collaboratively with GPs, allied health professionals and other specialists
- Maintain explicit and accurate clinical documentation within the electronic medical record
- Contribute to a supportive and collaborative clinical environment

Qualifications

- Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in Paediatrics
- Specialist registration with AHPRA
- MBBS or equivalent
- Medicare provider number and ABN (or eligibility)
- Current Working with Children Check

This is a % on billings role and not a salaried role. Start date is flexible and can commence as soon as you are available.
