Obsidian, a leading Australian law firm, is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to join its Sydney shared services team. This is an entry point into HR with hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, learning and development liaison, offboarding, and graduate/clerkship programme support in a professional services workplace.

You will support the full employee lifecycle, coordinate pre-employment checks, and manage data entry in HR systems (Workday experience is a plus).
