Court Services Victoria is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for the MCV Drug Court at the Dandenong Therapeutic Recovery Centre. You will lead the day-to-day operations, provide leadership and supervision to a diverse multidisciplinary team, and drive service delivery at the intersection of justice, health and community services.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Drug Court and CROP, you will shape a therapeutic court model, pursue continuous improvement, manage stakeholder relationships
