As the Head of Customer Success, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our IT solutions. You will lead a dedicated team in North Melbourne, Victoria, to deliver exceptional service and support, aligning our offerings with client needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement customer success strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

- Lead and mentor the Customer Success team, ensuring high performance and professional development.

- Establish strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any issues to prevent churn.

- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

- Analyse customer feedback and data to inform product improvements and service enhancements.

- Prepare and present reports on customer success metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role within the IT industry.

- Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving customer satisfaction.

- Solid leadership skills with experience in team management and development.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
