Rollers Bakehouse is seeking a Head Pastry Chef to lead our production kitchen and guide a growing pastry team. You will own menu planning, production oversight, and quality across laminated doughs, viennoiserie and premium pastries, ensuring consistency and scalability across multiple locations.

You will drive systems, training and development, while partnering with operations to support recent store openings and seasonal launches.
