Our client in Regents Park is looking for a reliable Admin Staff member to join their team on a short-term assignment.

This role focuses on providing administrative support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The job combines office work with time in the warehouse, a good fit for anyone who prefers a mix of tasks and being on their feet.

What you will be doing

- Provide general administrative support to management and staff
- Print and filter pick lists from Excel
- Book orders for dispatch using ERP systems and online freight portals
- Occasionally assist with picking and packing customer orders
- Ensure compliance with company processes
- Assist with general duties as required

Requirements

- Previous Team Leader experience will be highly regarded.

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Manufacturing or logistics experience preferred




- Proficiency in MS Office and computer literacy
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Problem solving mindset for rostering or scheduling conflicts
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 20 kg (assist with pick packing)
