The role

As Technical Resource Manager, you’ll lead workforce and capacity planning across Technical Advisory, making sure specialist resources are aligned with demand, complexity and risk. You’ll work closely with leaders to balance competing priorities and support the timely delivery of consistent, high-quality technical advice.

You’ll use workforce and performance data to identify resourcing pressures, capability gaps and opportunities for improvement. You’ll help resolve resource conflicts, provide strategic workforce advice and support sustainable workloads as service needs continue to evolve.

What you will bring to the role

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex resourcing challenges, balance competing priorities and develop practical solutions.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build productive relationships, collaborate across diverse technical teams and achieve shared outcomes.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information, advice and recommendations to a range of stakeholders.




- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to coordinate competing demands, manage changing priorities and support timely service delivery.

What is an essential requirement:

- Degree qualification in a related relevant discipline or equivalent relevant experience e.g., Bachelor of Business, Planning, Public Administration, or Project Management or related discipline.
