NSW Health at Westmead Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 2: Blood Transplant Post-Transplant Coordinator to lead advanced post-transplant care from Day 100 onwards, coordinating complex outpatient and inpatient pathways.

You will provide expert clinical leadership, education for patients and staff, and drive research, quality improvement and service development within a specialist Blood Transplant and Cell Therapy service.
