The Company is seeking a Commercial/Corporate Lawyer to join its Office of General Counsel. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that handles a wide range of corporate and commercial arrangements, agreements, regulatory issues, and disputes management.

Key responsibilities for this role include drafting and negotiating various contracts and commercial agreements, providing legal advice on tender documents and client service offerings, and closely liaising with the business and external counsel. The Company should be admitted lawyers with a current practicing certificate and have a background that includes experience in negotiating general commercial contracts, litigation, and exposure to corporate law matters.
