Our Narangba Transport team is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person to take the position of Fleet Allocator.We are looking for a team player to co-ordinate fleet movements and ensure timeslot and residential deliveries are booked in correctly with the relevant retail stores and Distribution Centres. Time management is a priority and the ability to work under pressure is a must in this position.This role works closely with the Transport Manager and our local drivers to achieve the desired outcome.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Booking in time slots with Distribution Centres and Retail stores.
- Booking in residential deliveries with customers.
- Ensure all book in times/dates are met.
- Working alongside the Allocators to plan the pick up and delivery runs for our local drivers
- Liaising directly with our drivers to ensure that customer requirements are communicated
- Ensuring quality service is provided to our customers by our fleet at all times.

IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE:

- Experience in a similar role (planning/scheduling) is preferred.
- The ability to be decisive and act at pace.
- Comfortable working with computers.
- The ability to work in a team setting.
- Operational experience and knowledge of the Brisbane Metropolitan and regional areas.
