CBUS Super is seeking a Manager, Monitoring Controls & Governance (Strategy & Growth) in Melbourne. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will strengthen risk management, governance and assurance across the business unit and support regulatory readiness.

You will lead risk reviews, coordinate control testing and provide executive reporting to inform decision-making while embedding accountability across stakeholders. This is a permanent full time Melbourne role.
