We are seeking experienced Victorian government school principals (within the last five years) to work with us as sub-contract School Reviewers supporting the Victorian school review program.

About the role

School reviewers lead structured reviews that inform a government school's next four-year School Strategic Plan. This is flexible assignment work rather than a full time role. Reviews are commissioned across the school year and typically involve 2-7 days of work including preparation, school visits and report writing.

We are looking for reviewers across the state of Victoria.

Key responsibilities





- Analyse school performance data and evidence
- Facilitate discussions with principals and leadership teams
- Conduct classroom observations and stakeholder conversations
- Synthesise findings into clear improvement priorities
- Write the school review report

About you

- Must have served as a school principal or a Senior Edcuation Improvement Leader within the last five years
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Sound judgement about school improvement priorities
- Ability to lead professional conversations with school leaders
