ALL'ANTICO VINAIO ITALIA S.R.L., operating as All'Antico Vinaio, is an Italian food business specialising in freshly prepared schiacciata sandwiches, offering a range of fillings made with Italian ingredients.

n The business is currently seeking an experienced Retail Manager for a permanent full-time position at its Sydney CBD location. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day retail operations, supervising staff, managing stock and maintaining high standards of customer service, product presentation and store organisation.

n Key Responsibilities

- Managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the retail store.
n
- Supervising, training and coordinating staff to maintain efficient service.
n
- Preparing staff rosters and allocating daily duties.
n
- Monitoring stock levels and coordinating the ordering, receiving and storage of ingredients and retail supplies.
n
- Maintaining product displays, store presentation and merchandising standards.
n
- Monitoring sales performance, stock usage and operational costs.
n
- Ensuring high standards of customer service and responding to customer enquiries and feedback.
n
- Coordinating with staff to maintain efficient order processing and customer service.

- Maintaining accurate sales, stock and operational records.
n
- Implementing store procedures and maintaining consistent operational standards.
n
- Ensuring cleanliness and organisation throughout the premises.
n
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.

About You n n
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
n
- Strong leadership, staff supervision and team coordination skills.
n
- Experience in retail operations, stock control and customer service.
n
- Good understanding of product presentation and merchandising.
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Ability to monitor sales performance and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
n
- Strong attention to detail and a professional approach.
n
- Ability to work effectively in a busy customer-facing setting.
n
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements.
n

Salary: AUD $70,000 – $90,000 per annumn
