You will champion a Shift Left approach, integrate Python/Selenium and Cypress, and lead tooling decisions across the automation and manual teams.

You will mentor team members, monitor results, and ensure governance standards align with policy while fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture focused on quality and efficiency.
