Pizza Meine Liebe is looking for a pizza maker to join our kitchen team in Northcote.

We’ve been a Northcote institution for 20 years, with a loyal following of people who swear by our simple, modern, produce-driven pizza. Pizza is the whole point here, and we take it seriously.

The role

Make pizzas from our menu and to custom order, at high volume through busy service

Handle daily food prep and keep quality consistent from the first pizza to the last

Lead and work alongside the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment

Keep the kitchen clean, organised and hygienic

Contribute ideas and current recipes as the menu evolves

Deliver the food and the service our reputation is built on

You

You’re an energised chef with high standards and a positive attitude. You already know your way around a pizza oven and you’re ready to master our menu, then help push it forward. You communicate well and keep things running smoothly between kitchen and front of house.
