Queensland Health Wide Bay is seeking two permanent full time Clinical Nurse Grade 6 to join Integrated Care Rehabilitation Services in Bundaberg, Hervey Bay and Maryborough. These roles offer 76 hours per fortnight with a competitive package, including a 12.75% superannuation contribution and annual leave loading.

The positions focus on expert clinical and patient-centred care for older persons within the Transition Care Program, supporting timely, goal-oriented rehabilitation after hospital
