We’re looking for exceptional FF&E; Designer to join our team.

Move-in is entering a major growth phase, and we’re seeking highly capable, creative and experienced designers with strong FF&E; and interiors backgrounds to join our Fitzroy studio.

With an outstanding pipeline of PBSA, Build-to-Rent and hotel projects, this is a rare opportunity to work on large-scale, design-led, high-profile projects alongside a dynamic and highly experienced team.

Move-in is the industry leader in design-led, turn-key furniture, finishes and equipment (FF&E;) services for the property development and accommodation sectors. We work in collaboration with developers, architects and project teams on all aspects of design, manufacture, procurement and installation.

For over 20 years, Move-in has delivered projects across the PBSA, Build-to-Rent, hotel and residential sectors, with a reputation for quality, precision and delivery.

You will manage high-volume FF&E; projects from concept through to handover, working alongside our team of dedicated procurement and logistics specialists in our Fitzroy studio.

THE POSITION

This highly collaborative, client-facing role requires a solid background in FF&E; and interiors within a leading design studio, ideally with experience in hotel, PBSA, Build-to-Rent or accommodation sectors.

You will confidently manage relationships with clients, architects, consultants and suppliers throughout all stages of design and delivery.

Responsibilities include:

- FF&E; design, selection and specification
- Preparing presentations, schedules and documentation
- Managing project timelines, budgets and deliverables
- Coordinating with clients, consultants and suppliers
- Working closely with procurement and logistics teams

THE CRITERIA

The ideal candidate will have:

- 5+ years FF&E; experience in a high-performing interiors-based role
- Strong knowledge of international and local furniture brands and manufacturers
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Tertiary qualification in Interior Design
