Repco, a division of GPC Asia Pacific, is seeking Customer Development Managers to strengthen relationships with trade customers and drive sales performance. You will work with Store Managers, supported by CRM and promotional activities, to deliver robust margins and territory growth.

The role emphasizes relationship building, sales excellence, and a culture of safety. Prior automotive sales or customer management experience is preferred, with a valid Australian driver’s licence.
