This is a relationship-focused role that combines sales, event planning and client experience. From the first enquiry through to the final farewell, you will guide couples and event clients through every stage of their journey, helping bring their vision to life while delivering exceptional service and commercial success. Working closely with the Events Team and Kitchen Team, you will ensure every detail is planned and executed to the highest standard, creating seamless and memorable experiences for clients and their guests.

Key responsibilities

Responding to wedding and event enquiries and converting leads into confirmed bookings

Conducting venue tours and consultations with prospective clients

Preparing tailored proposals, quotations, contracts and event documentation

Building solid, lasting relationships with couples, clients and industry partners





Managing weddings, private functions and corporate events from initial enquiry through to execution

Developing event timelines, floor plans and run sheets

Working closely with the Events and Kitchen Teams to ensure all event details are communicated and delivered seamlessly

Acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their event journey while coordinating with internal teams to ensure exceptional outcomes

Collaborating with venue, restaurant, events and kitchen teams to deliver a consistently high standard of service

Overseeing event operations on the day and ensuring exceptional client experiences
