About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a specialised clinical environment, delivering high-quality care to patients undergoing cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures.

n

Working alongside experienced cardiologists and a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you will play an important role in providing safe, effective and patient-centred care throughout the procedural journey.

n

We welcome applications from experienced Cath Lab nurses, as well as Registered Nurses with strong acute care backgrounds who are looking to broaden their clinical expertise and develop a career in cardiac nursing.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures.
n
- Assist with patient preparation, procedural care, monitoring and post-procedure recovery.
n
- Collaborate with cardiologists and the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
n
- Maintain high standards of clinical documentation, infection prevention and patient safety.
n




- Contribute to continuous quality improvement, professional development and a positive team culture.
n

What you bring

n

n
- Recent acute care experience; cardiac experience desirable.
n
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
n
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
n
- Effective communication and multidisciplinary teamwork.
n
