Medmate is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our growing virtual care team. This casual, hybrid role emphasizes patient-first service, helping schedule telehealth visits and manage records from our Richmond office and remote days.

You will provide front-line support via phone, email, and chat, coordinate with clinicians, and help patients navigate their healthcare journey with empathy and efficiency. Evening shifts and a rotating roster are required.
