Kingston City Council is seeking a Team Leader Youth Services to lead a newly formed Youth Services team at Kingston. You will provide strategic and operational leadership to deliver contemporary, evidence-informed youth development and early intervention programs that are cutting-edge and inclusive.

You will inspire a 7-strong team of staff and casuals, embed youth participation, strengthen partnerships, and use data and feedback to design services that make a measurable difference.
