Key responsibilities

- Supervise, train and manage cleaning staff
- Operate ride-on and manual cleaning machinery, including floor scrubbers and other commercial cleaning equipment
- Actively perform cleaning duties alongside the team
- Maintain high cleaning standards in accordance with commercial cleaning procedures and standards

About you

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a cleaning supervisory role
- Experience operating ride-on and manual cleaning machinery, including floor scrubbers and other commercial cleaning equipment
- Solid knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures and standards
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to supervise, train and manage cleaning staff
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high cleaning standards
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia, including Australian citizenship, permanent residency or a valid visa with unlimited working rights
- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) for paid employment
- Current National Police Check / Police Clearance, satisfactory for the role
