The role involves responding to referrals, delivering 1:1 and group sessions, and offering spiritual and emotional support aligned with residents' beliefs.

You will work with a diverse community, coordinate with staff and families, and maintain sensitive documentation to support holistic wellbeing and meaningful end-of-life care.
