We area smallbookkeepingcompany supportingbusinesses within the hospitality industry. The successfulapplicant will be responsible for end to end bookkeeping services and be the first point of call for any financial, accountspayableand payroll inquiries. We are ideally looking to fill a permanent full time position, but if you have great skills and experience we are willing to look at Part Time or Casual if that suits you best.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

Bookkeeping function to trial balance, including processing of daily financial transactions;

Accounts payable from processing invoices to payments, and dealing with the Suppliers queries;

Processing Payroll;

Skills and experience:

Must possess good computer literacy and have a willingness to learn various business management programs;





Competent in MYOB accounting software;

Good understanding of MSOffice applications, specifically Outlook, Excel & Word;

Experience with Payroll processing, and any prior experience with WageEasy would be an advantage;

Able to demonstrate good organisational & time management skills;

Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines

Robust attention to detail with numerical accuracy;

Good people skills and ability to work closely in a team environment;

Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with Directors, Venue Staff and Suppliers.

Hospitality industry experience (hotels & bars) is not essential but would be an advantage;
